Creating with Flowers....Day Two

Lisianthus, feverfew, nodding onion,  and angelonia  in purple cow found at thrift store with rocks and grass in a box lined with plastic and covered with paper and string.

The Purple Cow

I never saw a purple cow.
I never hope to see one.
But I can tell you anyhow,
I'd rather see than be one.

This poem was first published in The Lark in May of 1895 and was written by Gelett Burgess.
